What if My Order Status Shows “Delivered” but I Haven’t Received It?

Please note, if delivery fails and the package is returned or destroyed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we do not offer re-shipment or refund services.
Additionally, if the package arrives at the delivery address but is lost because the customer failed to pick it up in time, we do not provide re-shipment or refund services.
