RETURN POLICY:
Please contact us via email at we@kiikio.com before returning or exchanging items.
KIIKIO offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
- If the customer receives a damaged product, we will directly provide $15 as a return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to incorrect sizing or unwanted items, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer.

- The items must be returned in perfect condition, along with any accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags provided when sending your order.

The layered look really makes this piece look amazing. I Received tons of compliments. This kind of brand is what I’ve been looking for. Very comfortable. Although it is nothing elastic, and can be difficult to remove at times.
I bought one hoodie, one long sleeve shirt, one necklace.
I got one sunglasses and another necklace for free!
Was super happy with everything, the only thing was it took a few weeks to get the package but otherwise highly recommend! <3
