RETURN POLICY:
Please contact us via email at we@kiikio.com before returning or exchanging items.
KIIKIO offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
- If the customer receives a damaged product, we will directly provide $15 as a return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to incorrect sizing or unwanted items, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer.
- Due to address issues or failure to sign for the package, we offer one re-shipment opportunity. Please send us the correct address via email or any other contact channel. If delivery fails again, we are not liable for the loss, and a $7 fee will apply for a third attempt.
Please Kindly Note
- The items must be returned in perfect condition, along with any accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags provided when sending your order.
- Returns on Buy One Get One Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount.
- Please give us 14 business days to process your return. Allow one to two payment cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.
- We strive to provide feedback within 1-3 business days.
Please email we@kiikio.com with your order number and return request to ensure your purchase is eligible for a return. After approval, we’ll send you the return address. Please kindly provide us with the shipping carrier and the return tracking number once available.
How To Return
- Email we@kiikio.com with:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- Attach photos showing the items in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
- Provide proof of purchase.
- We will send you the return address via email.
- Important: Do not send your return to the address on the package.
- Share the return tracking number with us for faster processing.
- Allow 3-6 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before shipment, but a processing fee of $1-2 may apply.
If the product has already shipped, you cannot cancel the order. In this case, please submit a return request after you receive the parcel.
Exchange
You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched. However, due to the timeline for processing exchanges and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we usually do not offer exchanges.
We recommend placing a new order for the item you like and returning your current order for a refund by following the steps above.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
- The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
- Please note that store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, if your order is purchased through store credits offered from a previous return, the order is not eligible for free return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
