Before Returning
Before initiating any return or exchange, please make sure to contact us via email at we@kiikio.com.
KIIKIO offers a 15-day return policy, meaning you may request a return or exchange within 15 days after receiving your item. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Shipping Rules
(We recommend purchasing Worry-Free Delivery®—if your package is damaged, delayed, or lost, you can file a claim with Seel for compensation.)

1) Damaged/Defective Items
If a return is required due to quality issues or shipping damage, we will provide a $15 return shipping subsidy (proof required).
2) Non-Quality Issues (e.g., wrong size, change of mind)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3) Failed Delivery (due to incorrect address or other reasons)

We offer one free re-shipping opportunity (a correct address must be provided via email);

If the re-shipped package fails delivery again due to address issues or other reasons, it will be destroyed by the local carrier, and no compensation or refund will be provided. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Return Conditions

Items must be in perfect condition, including all accessories, documentation, and original tags/packaging.

For promotions (e.g., Buy X Get X), refunds will be prorated based on the value of eligible items.

Return processing takes 14 business days; refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear in your account.

Outbound shipping fees (US$9.99–US$21.99, depending on the shipping method selected) will be deducted from all refunds.

Refund amounts may be adjusted for items purchased during promotions.
Return Process

Photos showing the item(s) in original condition (including packaging and tags)

Proof of purchase
We will reply with the return address (⚠️ Do not use the address on the package).
Please provide the return tracking number for reference.
Warehouse inspection takes 3–6 business days.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment, but a 3% processing fee will be charged.

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Please request a return after receiving the item. Refunds will be processed after the returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we generally do not offer exchanges.
We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item following the return process.
Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or other fees are non-refundable.

Special items (e.g., promotional/customized products) are final sale unless defective.

Blind boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Store Credits:

Cannot be redeemed for cash;

Orders paid with store credits are not eligible for free return shipping (if applicable).
