Honestly so disappointed. I love the style of this shop and saw overall good reviews so decided to give it a shot.
When I opened the packaging the pants smelled a little chemically and on taking the pants out of the packaging I immediately noticed they were defective. The pants have two zipper flys not only looking odd compared to the product photos but making them too big around the waist. With the prices of items in this shop I would have expected better.
I have contacted their customer service but we’ll see where that goes

Despite the fact that there were problems with delivery and my order was held for a month, the product turned out incredible! The fur on the hood is detachable, pleasant to the smell and touch. The Sweater itself warms well, is cozy and incredibly compact. This has become my favorite Sweater!

It was great looks nice. If youre a lil slimmer you might have to punch more holes tho not that many. Also very light and feels a lil cheap but still good ✌🏻
Its a 4 because yall advised me to buy a size bigger than my origional. Even though its a true to size. The pants are a little bit big right now.

Great fit and shape size was perfect only thing is the fur blocks the zipper so I recommend trimming it.

I love the design idea, but the ears just weren't what I hoped they'd be they weren't as noticeable or as big as I had hoped they be.
The jacket is cool i just feel like the hoodie part dont have any space for ppl who have hair on they head an also beard hair. The jacket also turned into some type of crop top. I get it they were going for a boxy look but it didnt work. I am 5’8” weighing 223 lbs. I also am more on the buff side. This hoodie is for slim ppl. I suggest going up 2 sizes for hair space in the hoodie part. If you are more on the bigger side of things go up 2 sizes no matter what.
I like the jacket only problem being the fur can get caught in the zipper but its not too bad
