Please note that gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, for any reason. If an order paid with a gift card is refunded, the balance will be returned to the gift card, using the original payment method.
Currently, we offer gift cards in the following denominations: 335, 555, 885, and 1115. You can use them for personal purchases or gift them to others.

Gift cards are treated as currency, so only the purchaser or the recipient can access the full gift card code.

Gift cards are delivered via email. After purchase, the recipient will receive an email containing the digital gift card and its unique code. You can use this code at checkout to redeem the gift card.

Gift cards are only valid for use on the KIIKIO website and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Each gift card can only be used once, and the balance cannot be split.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift cards are valid for one year, starting from the date of purchase. Any unused gift card after this period will expire.

RETURN POLICY:

KIIKIO offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
- If the customer receives a damaged product, we will directly provide $15 as a return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to incorrect sizing or unwanted items, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Please Kindly Note:
- The items must be returned in perfect condition, along with any accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags provided when sending your order.
- Returns on Buy One Get One Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount.
- Please give us 14 business days to process your return. Allow one to two payment cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.
