KIIKIO offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.

1. If the customer receives a damaged product, we will directly provide $15 as a return shipping fee.
2. If the return is due to incorrect sizing or unwanted items, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3. If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the return shipping cost will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Please Kindly Note:

• The items must be returned in perfect condition, along with any accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags provided when sending your order.
• Returns on Buy One Get One Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount.
• Please give us 14 business days to process your return. Allow one to two payment cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return any part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.
